Jobs Crafter started with a simple idea: hiring should not feel like a lottery. Job seekers spend weeks sending resumes into a void, and employers spend lakhs running ads that bring in unqualified applicants. We sit between the two — a small, focused team that screens every candidate by phone, verifies every employer, and only forwards profiles that genuinely fit the role.

We are not a job board. We are not a portal. There is no algorithm matching keywords behind the scenes. What we do for job seekers

If you are looking for a new role, we help you in three ways. First, we listen — we understand your qualifications, your experience, your salary expectations and the kind of company you want to work for. Second, we match — we share your profile only with employers whose roles fit your background, so you never waste time on irrelevant interviews. Third, we coach — we share interview tips, resume feedback, and guidance on what to expect from the hiring company.

Our services for candidates are completely free. We are paid by the employer when a placement is successful, which means our incentives are aligned with finding you a job that actually works for both sides.

What we do for employers

For companies hiring 1 to 100+ staff, Jobs Crafter handles the heavy lifting of sourcing, screening and shortlisting. We post your requirement, source candidates from our active database and trusted partner networks, run a first round of phone screening, and send you a curated shortlist of 3 to 8 candidates per role. You only spend time interviewing people who are genuinely qualified and genuinely interested.

We support roles across BPO and customer service, retail and sales, accounts and back office, hospitality, logistics and warehousing, IT and software, and skilled technical positions. We work on permanent placements, contract roles, and bulk hiring drives.

Where we operate

We are based in India and work with employers across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Tier-2 cities. Whether the role is on-site, hybrid or fully remote, we can source candidates who match the location and travel requirements.
